Hunting Adventure Terms of Service

Hunting Adventure Waivers:

- At this time, we do not require a waiver to join a hunting adventure with Fleming Day Hunts.

- A parent or guardian must be present at all times with a child under the age of 18.

Booking Policies:

- Select a hunt that is appropriate for your skill level and target species.

- Choose your date and place your deposit upon booking (You may book online or call to book).

- You may call to adjust your trip at any time.

- Our hunts are based in Burkett, TX, and cater to a variety of hunting experiences, including Whitetail Deer, feral hogs, and game bird hunts. Depending on the season and your desired species, we will tailor your trip to meet your preferences.

- The remaining balance is due on the day of the hunt. We accept cash or credit card payments for the remaining balance.

- We are not responsible for your Texas hunting license. Please ensure you obtain the required license before your trip. You can conveniently purchase it directly from our website.

Cancellation Policy:

- All trips must be cancelled 14 days or more from your scheduled date in order to receive a refund on your deposit.

- If you need to cancel within the cancellation window, you can reschedule or cancel and forfeit your deposit.

- Although rare, double bookings may occur, and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs to ensure a seamless hunting experience.
